Return Policy

We hope that you have been satisfied with your product but we understand that circumstances may lead to a return or exchange. We are a tiny team and will work with you to make things right.

For artwork, all sales are final. Variations are natural and part of its aesthetics. Artwork may change slightly over time; resin-based work is known to change color in bright and/or hot environments, as well as over long periods of time. Care instructions must be followed. However, if there is a defect in the artwork that compromises its ability to be mounted or if it has arrived in damaged condition, we will work with you to ship the piece(s) back for repair or mail you a replacement set of parts within the first 100 days.

Modifications to this policy may occur at any time. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for fraudulent or defective returns. We do not issue monetary refunds for lost or misdelivered orders in lieu of replacements.
